The robust welded steel frame ensures stability, while the protective enclosure made of aluminium profiles with polycarbonate glazing provides safety and visibility. The dynamic drive system, featuring recirculating ball screws combined with servo motors and motion control, enables high traversing speeds and precise movements. The CNC control system offers freely parameterisable riveting programmes, facilitating easy operation and adaptability. Standard configurations provide X/Y riveting ranges from 280x180 mm to 350x500 mm, accommodating various application needs. These machines are compatible with all hydraulic and pneumatic riveting units from FMW Friedrich, ensuring versatility and integration into diverse production environments.
