Process Flow
  • Select The Product Program On The Control Panel.
  • Open The Safety Door, Place The Product Securely In The Fixture.
  • Close The Safety Door And Start The Process Using Both Hands On Controls.
  • For Pen Cap Test: Clamp The Cap With The Lower Cylinder, Move To Position, Press Down, And Clamp With The Upper Cylinder.
  • Start The Test, Complete The Pull, Release The Upper Cylinder And Reset.
  • For Torque Test: Move The Servo And Needle Cylinder To Position, Clamp With The Knob Cylinder, And Rotate The Servo For Torque Testing.
  • Finish The Torque Test, Loosen The Knob Cylinder, And Return The Servo To Its Original Position.
  • Begin The Injection Test, Perform Pressing, And Complete The Injection Cycle.
  • Reset All Components To Their Original Positions.
  • Open The Safety Door And Remove The Product.
