Knock Sensor

It monitors combustion knock and abnormal vibration in engine cylinders in real time, and transmits vibration signals to the ECU. The ECU retards ignition advance angle and corrects fuel injection in a timely manner to prevent engine knock, abnormal noise and shaking, avoid damage to pistons and connecting rods, so as to protect the engine while balancing power output and fuel consumption.

  • Holding pressure required
  • Real-time monitoring
  • Extremely high requirements for pressing accuracy
Process Advantages
  • Dual-press opposing pressing operation for piezoelectric ceramics
  • Real-time monitoring of charge variation
  • Holding pressure ensures pressing accuracy and fitting quality
  • Riveting reinforcement
  • Injection encapsulation process
Process Highlights
  • SYSTENCE adopts closed-loop dual-press opposing pressing process,

which can accurately capture charge signals of piezoelectric ceramics, realize stop-on-position and precise holding pressure, perfectly meeting the ultra-high precision opposing pressing assembly requirements of sensors. The equipment features fast response speed and balanced pressure, eliminating ceramic cracking, poor fitting, signal deviation and other issues, ensuring the detection accuracy and operational stability of sensors.
