Supported by high-precision PROMESS servo presses, it realizes full-process force control, controllable displacement and traceable closed-loop monitoring for solder-free crimping. The crimping is tight and uniform with stable contact resistance, eliminating risks of insufficient pressing, over-pressing and component deformation. It perfectly meets the high-precision and high-reliability assembly requirements for new-energy brake-by-wire controllers.
